The light will burn but not blink when I push the lever down. I've changed the bulbs and that didn't work. I don't know where the flasher is to change that. Where is it?

It wasn't me!
Gently pry out the autolamp/dimmer panel. It is located directly behind it. Make sure to replace with an exact part #.
