Fixin' a floater

No, not that kind, or the eye kind.

My fuel guage is totally inaccurate. I was on the E, and went to go fill up my tank and it only filled up 11 gallons. Now I've recently replaced my tank, could the shop have messed something up? If they did, what would it be?

Sounds like the bent the rod with the float attached to it. Only way to fix it, is to drop the tank.
