Yes, I can confirm that the fuel pressure was tune related. I have datalogs of the original tune he provides, and then obviously additional logging as the parts were replaced showing very little change in fuel pressure. Over 20+ revisions and 80+ datalogs... fuel pressure dropping below 1300psi in ALMOST all of them... and my AFR's were wacky(I even switched out WB's to make sure they weren't bad), and my fuel trims were VERY inconsistent with at times one bank lean and the other rich at the SAME time. I had throttle closing issues with most of his tunes because of poor fuel pressure in the tune. It could have been just my strategy, but Torrie would never confirm it..
I have datalogs of the LMS race tune that I have showing fuel pressure above 1950 PSI through the entire run. That is their hottest off the shelf tune, and no fuel pressure issues. AND faster 0-60 than any of the Unleashed tunes..
I have datalogs from the tunes AJPTurbo(who is on the Ecoboost Performance Forum) has put on my car, showing GREAT fuel pressure with the Wastegate mod and even without the wastegate mod. This is the fastest tune I run... 0-60 in under 4.3second consistently. Worst I saw the pressure drop was 1700 psi... and that was recently when it was 38F outside.
So to answer your question, I have more datalogs then I know what to do with... every step of the way was datalogged and verified.
Torrie has had great success with A LOT of cars, and mediocre success with several, just search the boards... All I am saying, is that before you go down the path I did of replacing parts based on his assessment if there is an issue, get a second opinion... this is one of the pitfalls of remote tuning..
