Fall Cruise Weekend Sept 30-Oct 2

Here's an event for both drivers and show people. the Fall Cruise,Show & Shine BBQ at the Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel in Moody, Me.(www.wells-oguquit.com) This is our third year here and fellow Mustang owner/racer Peter Proach and his family are our host for the weekend. This event starts with checkin on Friday evening, dinner and introductions are the only events scheduled. Saturday the fun starts with a trip to up to the Maine Indoor Karting track for a few exciting laps. Then its back to our cars for the start of the cruise. It begins right off the highway in Kennebunk. The route goes into Kennebunkport,through Ogunquit and into the York Beach area ending in York Village. We'll pass some beautiful villages along the scenic Maine coast. We also pass many shops and restaurants along the way. You will get the route directions so you can travel with the group or go on your own. Upon our return to the motel we'll have an informal Show & Shine and fire up the grills for BBQ and fresh sea food. Reservations are made directly with the motel at 800-556-4402. Folks, with the exception of last year, my wife and I have done this weekend 6 of the last 7 years. You won't find better hosts or friendlier car people on the planet. I take my wife on this weekend to pay her back for some of the car foolishness of mine she puts up with during the rest of the year. (working so far) .
