Fails to Shift into Second

Hi guys and gals I have a 2016 Sho non pp. I have 3 map 170d Therm downpipes custom exhaust windstorm cai and 93 livernois tune. Lately my car has been staying in first gear in drag type settings(from a dig) and I have to let off the gas for it to shift, otherwise it will redline and stall. I have contacted Livernois to see if there is an updated tune, but haven't heard back yet, they are great people and I am sure they will, but I tried to retune my car with my tuner and it says tuning interrupted, every time. I am just curious if anyone has had either of these issues and how did you fix them.

Are you running in Drive or Sport mode? Not touching the paddles, correct?

Have you tried disconnecting the neg terminal on the battery for 30 minutes, thereby forcing a PCM relearn? Are any codes showing up? Codes dont necessarily throw a CEL.
