Eyelids

Does anyone have Eyelids for thier 2gen? i see they would look cool on a gen1 but ive never see one before, if theres a way to make em i just wanted to know if anyone has made or what they used or what?

im not sure what you mean by eyelids but heres what I did to my gen 2 headlights and i liek it looks pretty sweet both on and off and during the day they look dark.

dont laugh, but I got some Black tape its sort of liek electril tape i guess but its wider and i taped alont the whole outside of the lights and then down across it. You could get headlight covers and cut them out but this is cheaper and looks fine my friend thought they were covers, I love the way it looks

i love the way yours looks, the others look like robo cop..lol its cool but not for a Daily Driver. i must say i think im gonna go with the covers and paint em blue...thanks!

I don't know what to think of that!!!! It looks good but kinda scary!!! Is it painted or or creativly cut headlight covers? how legel is it to have so little of your light showing or is it so you can kinda see thru the "eyelid"

WOW uber old link!! not a fan of "eyelids" but i have a picture of a merkur with the seirra kit, which someone modded the grill over the headlights. looks redicluously MEAN!! i'd be scared if i saw that in the review.

Its not ugly but im just not a big fan of that.

I like better the regular shades.

Wow, that's Dave's old 92 (original Director of the Colorado SHO Club) He hasn't owned it for a year or 2 now. **** it was down for the count with a bad clutch for atleast 3 years. The eyelids were regular old headlight covers with cut outs and painted to match.

As far as legality.... well I know he was pulled over at least once for lighting.. not sure if the lids were on or not at the time.
