Engine Wiring Harness

Hello group, I have a 2010 SHO that has been sitting and waiting for an engine wiring harness since February. This particular harness runs to turbo sensors, MAF, Throttle, etc. It's on backorder through Ford. Mine has melted together and I have tried 3 different used ones from junk yards. They all have glitches also. Does anyone have a source for wiring harnesses?

What caused them to melt? Unusual for multiple harnesses having issues, what caused this issue to come to light?

your local Lincoln dealer should be a good resource if a Ford dealer is unhelpful. nowadays supply is way behind demand, especially on parts that are not frequently replaced.

i have had good luck with calling up the good folks at fordpartsgiant.com and having a chat. Benny at Levittown Ford in NY has also been a good resource in the past, but its been a while.

def have to diagnose what led to the meltdown. may be a bad alternator or a bad pcm ... also check related grounds.
