I just bought a 95 ATX and ive noticed that one my temp level keeps a constant level around O R in the word normal facing down and noticed that my cooling fans are not turning on and after a hour the car stalls out and have trouble starting after the car stalls and just wondering if anyone knew anything about whats happening

Is it leaking coolant on the passenger side by the water pump?

the 60k has already been done and no there isnt any coolant leaking i check all the hoses and had my man check the water pump and thermosat and they both come up clear

Im new to this whats the CCRM

Black box under the radiator shroud on the drivers side under the hood . Has a huge 20 some pin plug that connects into it with a bolt through the middle, it will also have a big letter on it like J or M, but this is somtimes covered up with insulation( letter is car specific so get the same one). Its a "relay box" for a few cruicial engine funtions like the fuel pump and your cooling fans .

Yea i saw the relay box under the hood by the left strut and i noticed that the fuse for the cooling fans had a 50 amp fuse and in the manuel it say to have a 60 amp but the 50 amp fuse isnt broken
