Unless you fried something electronic, the problem would seem to be related to the work you just did. I would look again at the coil pack to spark plug wire routing again (happens more than you think where you're sure it's correct but it's not), fuel filter orientation, and maybe the exhaust has something plugging it up and choking it out.
Trust me plug wires are correct, I've triple checked just to make sure and that would not explain the symptoms anyway. I'm not a noob with working on cars and I know even the best have been known to mess up a time or two, but I know for fact the work I did has been done correct.
I am leaning towards the possibility the fuel pump, but have yet the chance to test the pressure. I am also going to go ahead and replace the cps and the maf for the **** of it as who knows if they have ever been changed out before and I get a good discount on parts through my work. As far as the exhaust, it's getting good flow out the tail so I doubt that to be the issue either.
