Been having some problems with the car, when you start it after its been sitting awhile the engine will just bog down, you hit the gas and it acts like it wants to stall, but it idles ok. So when I start it up and let it run for 5 mins, its good once it heats up a little. Also, you can only push the gas down so far before theres just no power, if I were to floor it, it would take like forever to accelerate.

Sounds like it could be a fuel flow problem. How long since the fuel filter has been replaced? If the filter is less than 30,000 miles old (its specified replacement interval), how old or healthy is the fuel pump? Have you seen the CHECK ENGINE light illuminate at any time? If so, there would be error codes stored in the EEC to point you in the right direction. Let us know. We can help.

yea, see I figured exactly what you guys figured but, already replaced fuel filter, did nothing. Also, the car gets crappy gas milage, but the check engine light comes on for a few minutes at a time then goes off. I have yet to get a computer to plug into the car, because i was thinking it was something like O2 sensor or, block temperature sensor, cause something like that would throw a code. Not sure about the TPS or fuel pump.

You don't need no stinkin' computer to check the codes. Just a short jumper wire (with a 1/4" spade lug on both ends) and these instructions.

try the fuel pump.
it worked fine as long as it was cold, when it turned hot the pressure felt down, a clunking sound came and engine stopped. tool

I don't think it has anything to do with the fuel pump, I think its more like a sensor, like the O2 sensor, or the temperature sensor.
