Def got enough buildup, but now that you have cleaned out the cac, you can monitor the actual rate under YOUR driving conditions. The crapola was definitely getting pulled into the CAC-throttle body pipe. The dust on the NM doesn't look too bad, I would, again, clean and monitor rate of buildup; also consider eliminating the NM altogether, either with a cap or a part from a police interceptor, MKS, etc. Expensive parts but cleaner look and also elimination of a possible boost leak source.
Looks like BOV replacement time.
Did you check the throttle body itself? Does it look clean front/back? Also check the TPS connections, make sure they are free of dirt/corrosion, add some dielectric grease to keep them that way.
