This is a 1995 SHO MTX. I'll be driving along just cruising and what I stated in the title will happen, when I pull over and turn it off, it'll refuse to start for a few minutes. The starter still cranks, it just won't fire up. I'm a little cpueless on this, the shaking is similar to what happens when the vacuum line under the throttle body has a bad leak, but I replaced that recently.
Edit: when I popped the hood to check codes I smelled fuel. I couldn't get any codes even though the MIL was on. I'm checking for fuel leaks this evening.

My guess would be a leaking water pump that drips on the crank position sensor.

Use a dentists mirror to get a look at the weep hole at the bottom of the water pump snout, that is right after you pull the codes.
