Engine is running lean

Hello all!
I keep having the same codes. I get a 172 whatever if I'm hard or not on the car. CE light come on at least once a day. I got a 211 and a 542 code too.
542 is probably because I teached to someone how to drive standard and she stalled a couple times.

What has been done to the car :
O2 sensors - one year old
cleaned : k&n filter, TPS, TB, MAF, ACT
New fuel filter
32psi @ fuel rail at idle
Plugs and wires about 2 years, no oil in wells

The car start nicely but defenetly feel down on power.

211? CPS. Get'er changed before you get stuck.

A new CPS has been installed last summer. I still have the old one in good condition. Changed it for preventive maintenance only.
I still need to find what's the problem. Can a 02 sensor goes out within a year ?
The car feels heavy, slow. CE light come on each day, don't matter what kind of driving I give to the car.

you should have 39psi @ idle. Did you try the WOT test for the FPR? What were the results?

No I didn't checked. With engine running I floor the pedal while watching the gauge ? If I don't get 40psi, I suppose it's the fuel pump.
I also checked for vacuum leaks, and I didn't found any.

39 psi at idle with the vaccum line OFF the regulator (i.e. base fuel pressure). With it on, about 30-32 is normal.

IDK about this one either, but that is exactly what mine is doing. But I have observed on the highway it is when the car is going down a hill the engine light comes on and sets a code 172 and the under acceration up a hill it goes back off. I checked for vacuum leaks and can't find any and replaced both 02 sensors in the last week. Both were new before that within the year.
