Start with the battery - with the two battery terminal connectors. Before you replace the connectors, ensure the battery cables themselves are good. Look for corrosion that has crept down into the wire-sheath. If the top-portion of the cables are in good condition, next check the condition of the cables at the starter.
Once you've verified the condition of the cables, I would also pull the alternator and have it counter-tested while picking-up what parts you need. After changing the cables or terminal connector and getting it all back together, get the charging system tested [again]. Drive the car around and check whether the battery light returns, and for rpm-related changes in the interior lighting level and fuel pump noise. Then pull the codes and post back.
