looking good! is the SHO cut out and it's just a square lexan on the backing or what?

I applied epoxy resin on the back to fill in the letters that are pressed into the plastic that forum the letters SHO. Then sand down the front until you get to the epoxy resin. Then Put a light behind it and Wallah light up SHO badge.. it's the same concept that i used when I did my Fender badges ..

I’m not sure I can’t remember I’m not at home. I cut it down so I show off the Engine more with all new 2.5” piping

Now I'm putting the Ends on so it doesn't have that plain cut look. Right side almost done. Used no glue putting these piece together, left side just finished melting still need sanding. Melted the plastic together has more of a natural look and pretty strong still a ways to go.

Yeah slowly but surely hopefully have everything on in about 2 to 3 months.

Well almost done so how's it looking so far sanded down the whole thing took out all the grooves made it one flat surface
