Engine Codes

I ran the KOEO and KOER tests and got the following codes: KOEO = 113, 542 KOER = 998, 113. Any ideas as to what these mean and what the problem(s) might be? Before I put the car in storage (about 7 months ago), the check engine lite wasn't on. I just completed 60K and replaced the clutch. The car is running fine. Thank you for the help.

I just bought a code reader today and the hard code reads 11 which is good but intermittent code reads....well first it reads the same codes twice right? first reading.... 1-4-6-6 it repeats as....4-6-6 Am I clueless here or is that a nonexistent code? The cars rpms drop to like 500 for a couple seconds maybe like 5-10 seconds after stopping at a stoplight. Sometimes it dies when it does it, but it starts right up and runs fine.
