Ok, the light on the hood is constantly on, and when I open the door sometimes, without the key in the ignition it chimes, sometimes it doesn't, and the radio only plays "loud" during the day when the lights are off and "not so loud" at night when everything is working?? Anyone have this same problem? Thanks

1) The mercury tilt switch for the hood light is bad. The switch is built into the socket.

2) The "key-in" portion of the switch is worn out. You can disable the chime from this switch by disconnecting the single black wire with a gray connector on the underside of the steering wheel harness.

3) Need to know if you have a stock radio and which one it is.
