eibachs/sensatracs Q's

I just put my eibachs with one coil cut on my front sensatrac struts. My question is should the top mount on the strut (has three studs) be cocked to one side or level? I can't seem to get them level.






the one that is more level is a little off the top perch, thats the only way i could do it.

well i can make them somewhat level by moving the top mount past the perch a little, should i do that or put them in the perch and have them cocked?

I just think that if you put them in there like that they will make alot of noise.

Doesn't look right. Did you cut the coil in the same location? Is it seated in the spring perch?

Almost looks upside down.

yes i cut the coil in the right place, the one that is cocked is fully in the perch and the other is just out of the perch, so should they be level or not???

Agreed. You cut the "square sitting" coil off the top, this is what happens when you do that.

Completely unrelated, but are you sure those are Eibachs?

yes they are eibachs i think i found out whats going on, i need to remove the black plastic rings on the new top mounts,
