Edit: Weekly Lunch in Dearborn?

Title says it all. Not sure if anyone will catch this in the next 2-3 hours, but anyone want to meet up for lunch in Dearborn? I have a couple coupons for Olga's kitchen and they just opened a new restaurant over by Fairlane.

Small state? It'll take you 15 hours to go from Coldwater MI on the Indiana border to Copper Harbor, on the tip of the Keweenaw facing Lake Superior. Not as big as Texas but still a haul.

Now them New England guys... fart in RI and the Mass guys smell it

But yeah, it's nice to have a bunch of SHO guys in Dearborn

I was thinking while I was stuffing my face... there's what, like 4 or 5 people in like a 10 or 15 mile radius of Dearborn here. We all should set up a weekly lunch gig

I'd be glad to join you for lunch. You may have to give my cell a few rings and rouse me out of bed occasionally. But i'm pretty good at waking up for something fun. And lots of good places to eat around fairlane/MI ave.

Ever eat at the Pizza Papalis? I know it's not really a lunch-worthy place to eat, but they make a damn good deep dish that will fill you beyond belief. Would make for a good dinner-meat for us SE MI guys.

Actually, I haven't been to Fudruckers in awhile There's one in the Fairlane mall, and there's also a nice chinese buffet right next door, kinda pricey though. Or there's a pretty good steakhouse in the new mall off Oakwood. And I'm always partial to Olive Garden's $5.95 soup & salad lunch, there's one that's easy to find up off Ford Rd just east of Southfield fwy. Hobo and I were there a couple weeks ago. There's a Chili's up there too. Other ideas?

oh man, If I go to olive garden I WILL EAT MYSELF INTO A COMA, and undoubtably spent a helluva lot more than 6 bucks, but I wouldn't complain...it'd just take me longer to eat than you.

A mile or so down Ford road in the Heights (about 5-10 min from fairlane) there's an Olga's and an Applebees.

I could do chinese, I think i've only had it once or twice with my girlfriend, so it'd be up to you guys to pick something out for the newb. I like chicken. : p

Ofcourse, I also love me a steak/burger....or huge plate of chicken alfredo. *Commence drooling*

Does fairlane still have the cinnabon? I haven't had a cinnabon this year. I've been dying for one lately.
