Hey man, you definitely got me to do the mod, and it's pretty cool you figured out which car to get it off of. But I gotta say, the Explorer... it ain't so wonderful right now, LOL I'm dealing with this now:

It behaves just as OEM. But instead of pressing the "trigger", you push the entire **** down. So yes, still has the factory interlocks

Check and make sure your PCV system didn't somehow get blocked off. If a restriction develops in the system it will cause that.

Man I miss running at Sac. It was always a hoot give Dave shit and he would give it right back.

You are close to 11's. But I don't think 1.7's will do it with 112mph. If you can hit low 1.7's, high 1.6 and trap 114-115 then you are golden.

I hit 114 with a 60' of 1.99. If I can get a 60' down in the 1.7s...I think I can trap 116 or so.
