EATC incterchangable?

are EATC's from later years interchangable?

Im sure someone knows what I'm talking about, but in recent years Ford used a different one that looks somewhat different on the front, the buttons are more rounded and it just looks a little bit more sporty to me.....

It's not a direct swap. You can take the face plate off of a newer one and solder it to an SHO hard button model.
