EATC blower motor problem

I've done a few searches, though the symptoms don't appear to correlate exactly. Has anyone seen this before?

Basically the blower motor WAS working properly until very recently. Now it seems like it will only go full on, on a low setting, or in between it will turn off completely. From what I've seen, the suspect is the blower control module. Is there anything else I should try to rule out first? The blower motor will even stay on when the EATC is set to off!

Does anyone have rebuild specs for this thing? Electronics is my thing and pickings have been slim around the yards lately.

Yes it does sound like your blower control module is faulty. These are expensive items from Ford if you can find one. I tried to find parts to rebuild mine, but I cannot find anyone with the schematics or parts. The main part is a Motorola part specific to Ford and no one can cross reference it to a new part. Let me know if you find the parts as I have a spare to be fixed.
