E-Brake problem

My e-brake i bealive stick on would that be rust? the brake peadle come back but i can still feel the ebrake on slightly, basicaly becouse i am not rolling on a hill in N. Any ideas on fixing it? 94 3.0

Check the cable at the rear brakes. Common problem. Might be able to fix it with some WD40 but it's best to run new cables. As a temp fix you can just use a big flat head screwdriver and release the pressure on the e-brake cable from under the car. Just don't apply the e-brake or it will end up sticking again.
