Dyno - what gear?

What is the closest to 1:1 ratio for dyno Runs? What gear do you guys run it in when you dyno? We used 4th and tried 3rd as well.

with the 6r55 5th is a 1:1 ratio and should be used on the dyno with the converter locked

Oh okay sweet. How exactly do you lock the converter?

Here is some info on the 6F55 trans in the SHO:

According to this, use 5th gear, as it is 1:1. Not sure on the TC lockup though.
