Driver side lumbar not working

Everything else in the seat is fine, besides the lumbar. They are not the multi contour. Any ideas before I take it in? Passenger side works fine.

So is it fully inflated, or empty? Do you hear the pump trying to work when pressing the switch?

It does nothing when I press the switch. Not sure how inflated it is, because it hasnt worked for a few months now. I keep forgetting to take it in.
