driver side door

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with there door opening. It seem that when I pull the door handle from the inside that all the way back I still have to push really ******* the door to get it to open. The spring for the handle is busted but thatdont bother me. What do I have to do to fix this.

If the spring for the handle is broken the linkage may not be pulling the latch all the way and you are having to force it open when you open the door. Before you break anything pull the door panel off & inspect the linkages. Be prepared to replace the spring, you may be able to find a generic spring at a hardware store (I'm not sure what the spring looks like)
Check to see how far the linkage moves with the latch when you pull the inside handle vs. the outer handle to compare if they are operating the same. Fix accordingly.
