Push the door to the fully open position and rotate the round roller that presses against the rubber backed plate in the door jamb to a new position that doesn't have a worn rut in it.

Nah... just weld the doors shut, wire the power windows to a remote and get in/out Dukes of Hazzard Style... No more door problems... :p

sd, I tried the roller...with no luck.

If you look close there is a light grey rubber wedge that works with the door roller/hinge. I am going to try to wedge some more rubber in there.
