drag racing at ennis aug 9 and 10

i'm the winner of the et2 class of the summit series at maple grove pa...in june and i am planning on racing in ennis aug 9 and 10...if anyone would like to go let me know .would love to have other sho's out there and if i can help with anything ...i will.....i know texas is a big state...and i'm comeing down from maryland to race.....so if your close by and have the need for speed come on out...later

i am leaving this thursady and will be racing on saturday ...i'm not atsying any where and am planing on leaving for moroso right after...i don't think i'll make the idrc event for sunday ...but i'll try

I live in Waco and I might be able to make it up to Ennis to see the race. What time is, and when are you planning on getting there?

it is the ..summit subcompact car /import series
yeah i know.....but it's a yamaha....so they let me race....and quilifying is on fri and saturday
it will take me 24 hours to get there ...and i'm leaving from maryland on thursdayand will get there on fri day after noom...stay till end of eliminations on saturday and pulla smoky and the bandit ...all the way to palm beach for sunday at idrc.....but i don't think i'll make it
does anyone know how long it will take to get there from ennis to palm beach fl???also what is the quickest route???
don't be funny ....i know flying would be the quickest....lol

does anyone know how long it will take to get there from ennis to palm beach fl???also what is the quickest route???

It's about 1300 miles from Dallas to palm beach. The worst part is you got to go thru Louisiana, their highway patrol are sneaky. Mostly white Caprices. Looks like you'd take I-20 to I-49 to I-10, then either I-75 or 95 down to palm beach. Man you're going to pile up the miles in 5 days.

Go to http://www.freetrip.com and input your destinations and you'll get, mileage, time, and roads to take. It says 1249 miles from DFW to Palm beach.

And how many miles are on "DABEAST" now?

well as of this moment...i have around 160k...and still haven't done the 60 k tune up....yeah i know i'm pressing my luck......i'm going to do when season is over....and it's so strange.....i really take great care of my cars...and this something major that i've been putting off.....i feel so guilty about it....it's like not giving a baby a bottle of food.....lol
and also would like to thank you all for your help and advise.....i hope i do the sho community proud
i'm leaving tomorrow after noon from md...and around fri night i'll be in ennis .....i'll find a cheap bed to sleep and head to the track on sat morning.....but i think the gates don't open till 3pm....strange for a saturday....
