Do i have keyless entry???

Hey i just washed my car today to get the caked on salt off, and when i was wiping the inside of my trunk lid i noticed that my car has the electric motor used to open the trunk latch. Then i looked to see if i had that little black box up in the corner of the back of the back seat and there was something there. The thing now, is that i don't have keyless entry, the car (bought used) didn't come with the remotes, and my door doesn't have the keypad, but i don't see why the car would have the motor for the trunk latch, and the wiring that goes with it (that goes from the motor to the rear deck). So i guess what i'm asking is, is this normal to have the motor, and possibly the black module, without having keyless entry? I was thinking maybe they were just put in by mistake at the factory or something and the keypad was never wired. I'm hoping anyway, i want keyless entry. Well i'll throw some pictures up to show you guys what i mean. Anyhelp would be great, thanks for reading my novel.

looks like your trunk release, and wires for the LED's... im not 100 % sure thou, some people on here will def know.

There could be a chance that the driver's door was replaced without the keyless entry.
Are they any stickers on the drivers door inner panel when you open it? If yes, do they match the VIN number on the car? If not then the door was replaced.
