dirty IAC, idle problems, LOOK HERE

I have noticed a lot of people having idle problem with there SHO'S. And, are wonder how to see if there iac is dirty and how to clean it.

Take off the the iac (located behind the the throttle body) with allen keys and if you look inside it and is black=dirty.
I cleaned mine with carb cleaner and idle is steady now. I cleaned it till there was no more black stuff inside.

My car would fluctuate idle high and low high and low light a rythem when in park or neutral. I tried the carb cleaner trick also but that didnt do anything, must have had way too much dirt in it so I replaced it with a new one and it was perfect.
