...kinda did it on a whim as I was actually datalogging for Brad to dial this tune in a bit better, it still needs some work. I've had this Dragy for a while but never really used. Said to myself, "Self...let's try out this new-fangled magical box".

60' time sucks ass...last time on the track, prior to 90% of the mods I have now (was on stock turbos, etc.), I was able to get some low 1.9s 60' times consistently. Had my tire pressures at my street pressure of 36psi on this Dragy run.

Wanted to get your opinions. Good run? Mediocre run? Those who drag more often (track and Dragy) , what kind of times you think I can see had I run a low 1.9 60', and dialed in tire pressures...

...considering the World Record for my platform is currently 12.62 @107.75 (actual track time, not Dragy)

Easy couple tenths on figuring proper launch / psi. Then on a strip my time is usually about 2-3 tenths faster than on dragy from prep etc. I think all and all looks like low twelves in your future pretty easily. 1.8 second 60' on the street in sho on dragy is usually about the best you get. Obviously better on strip

I'd say you should be setting a new record for your platform.

My track 60' is typically a full tenth faster than the dragy 60' time, and the 1/4 mile time is usually 3-6 hundredths faster than dragy time.

The only thing that may hold you back at the track is heat soak.

Dragy has been almost dead even with my track time slips. what I found is what ever time your 60' increases you will see about 2x that on the back end. I do believe the record for you platform is held at my track (firebird raceway) he has a lot done to it and runs it seats out.

Small world. Yup its a your track, I know him personally, so if ya ever see him out there, tell him I said whats up, lol. He comes out here to Sacramento occasionally, that's how I know him.

With a proper launch 12.2-12.3 feels likely. I’m surprised after all those upgrades though that you’re only up 3 mph

Yeah, something is going on with the transmission...the 1-2 shift takes waaaaaayyyyy too long, sounds a bit like it's slipping before 2nd fully engages...it's very pronounced. Also, I'm still early on in tuning and Brad has it set pretty conservatively as we dial this e85 thing in. Having issues with the LPFP (even with DW300c) not keeping up with demand...got a BAP installed and datalogging as we speak...

Add more trans fluid. I like to keep things in their proper range but adding another half quart really seems to be helpful. Mine used to do that too. Not sure if it was from adding more fluid or different tune revisions ...on or the other or both but it’s pretty much a thing of the past. Also it just might be too high of rpm....want to say if it’s shifting just shy of 6000 rpm 1-2 also seems happier.

For one the slope of the track is going to be much better...you’ll be faster bc
1) Slope of track very flat
2) Track prep better 60ft
3) Dragy is notoriously slower by hundredths
4) Tune dialed in more
5) should have quarter tank of gas no more, even if not removing seats take any extra stuff out, head rests, floor mats, remove loose belongings in the glove box and center console.
6) Use race fuel if you can. Always better no matter what than pump E85.
7) Purge your methanol manually...give it a couple purges it’ll drop your IAT2 down a good 15 degrees or so. Start cooler end cooler.
