Well, everytime I start my car, air is always blowing through the defrost vents. I used to be able to turn it off, then select any other option on the EATC, but the problem has gotten worse of late. Now I can't even turn the defrost off, nor turn down the level of the fan. Now, I did a search, and reasoned that the problem is most likely a vaccum line running to the control unit, as I've seen this problem in a few posts.
My real question is, does anyone have a picture of this hose or the general area? I'm not really sure what I'm looking for  (besides a busted/cracked hose), so any help would be appreciated.

I believe this is your blower motor controll, i read a post around here somwhere that its in a bad spot and moisture can collect on the motor, motor controller causing it to short wide open meaning you cant controll the fan and it stays on all the time.

Blower control module is what's malfunctioning not allowing operation of the blower speed and not turning off. A cracked or broken vacuum line is why it always blows on defrost.

Thanks guys. I'll get on that right away. I may have two problems here then. The vacuum line, and the blower control module. I'm sure the vacuum line will be an easy job, but any info on where to get/how to install a blower control module? Maybe I should search for that too. Anyone with any pics? They make it A LOT easier when working on the car.

Well, I found this...
It is located under the dash behind the glove box. It is a little black box with a hose and some wires.
Is this info correct on the blower control module?
Found this too
You have to get a BCM from the following models: 90-95 Taurus/Sable with EATC or 89-94 Continental. The 86-89 Taurus/Sable with EATC may work also. I'm fairly sure no other ones will work.
Now if I can't find one from one of these models, does anyone know where to buy a new one?
