Dealer install PTU

How long in actual hours does it take a dealer to install a new PTU? I ask because I been waiting nearly two weeks for the part to come in. Then it came in today Friday at 11am, then started working on it " after 1pm” and service jockey said probably not be done until Monday......really?

3.20 labor hours is what my work order said when the PTU on my 2011 PP was replaced at my Ford dealer. Dropped it off at 8:00 AM picked it up 4:00 PM. Took 5 business days for the part.

Mine couldn't do it and I pleaded with them I wanted my car....
