So I got my car back from service today, after having waited for over 2 weeks for the repairs to be done. I was happy to get my car back finally and jumped in and was on my way.

When I got to work I noticed a few smaller and some big cracks in my left headlight, that I know for a fact were not there before..

What do I do? :(

That sucks, marius! Gonna be hard to prove unless the damage is real obvious. Anyway, take it back to them as soon as possible and speak to the service manager in a nice, easy, but firm tone. Tell the story like it is and see if it brings results. Don't know if Ford National or Regional can help you on this one, though you can always file a complaint (or complement) with them.

A good reminder to snap some pics in the service bay as one is dropping off the car, I suppose. Hopefully they own up and do the right thing.

Press your case with the dealership general manager, and if needed, with the dealership owner. Otherwise, lodge a complaint with Ford and/or BBB directly. Don't know if there's a legal recourse of any kind.

Thank you for your help, I forgot to reply earlier.
I spoke with the service manager, they agreed to replace the headlight and said it's possible that one of the mechanics had done it while working on the engine. Got the headlight replaced and all is well! :)
