dash board light

today whilst cruising i noticed that when i have my right directional on, the blinkers blink, i hear the clicking too, but the lighs in the instrument cluster does not light. how hard is this bulb to replace and do most local parts shops carry it. BTW what size is it?

#194, dash bezel has to come off. It'll take about 1/2 hr for a first timer.

thanks. i have taken stuff off before so it is pretty easy for me. it looks like the dash cluster is only a few bolts right? i will report my progress tomorrow. thanks again

Make sure you have different size Torx bits.

yeha i have a set, missing 2 small sizes but the sizes i have been using every time i fiddle with the dash is the ones i have. i went to sears the other night and to replace that same set was 40$. i never thought they cost that much.

well on my way to the autoparts store today i noticed that it began to flash again so i turned on home. later today i noticed that it had stopped. does this still sound like a faulty bulb or a loose connection?
