Just wondering what anybody else is using, i'm trying to steer clear of "armor all" brand. I don't remember where i read it.... I think it was here some where... but i guess over time it kinda takes a toll on vinyl.

I've been thinking of using "turtle wax finish 2001" protector. Just kinda seeing who's using what.

Stay away from Armor all on your interior. as posted in the car detailing thread stickied at the top. I know its nice to have it shine, but most of the products I have seen only make the dash/leather brittle and prone to major cracking.

I use a little bit of baby shampoo and some warm water, doesn't leave a shine, but its freaking clean!

I have been very, very pleased with Vinylex made by Lexol. It leaves a slight shine without being greasy and even has a chemical sun block built in IIRC. Also, all of the Lexol leather care products are top notch.

X303 !!! All the way. But at $25 for a small bottle, go easy on it. So since I am broke, I have always used 409, spray on tons of it, let it sit and clean with a soft brush, it will clean damn near everything, I have used it on leather followed with a really good conditioner and it leaves it in great shape and cleans out all the little crevases and everything and followed up with Formula 2000. I'll put on my flame suit now......ziiipppp. squint

I detail my car at my uncles's detail shop (part of a ford dealership) and I always use this stuff called "Perfect 10" and holy crap, I can see my reflection in my dash :D

Piccolo - its alright to use every once and a while, maybe 2-3x/year. But prolonged use has been shown to cause cracking. Its really up to personal preference whether you use it or not, some people use it and it ruins things and in your case you havn't had any problems.
