So what's that low creaking sound that I hear from the front end under when I turn at a slow speed?
I hear it when car is cold.....or turning into a parking lot at low speed.
Ball joints?....struts?...

Check the tie rod ends. The stock ends can be greased with a large gauge hypodermic needle and bearing grease through the rubber boot. Or you can just replace them and get a new alignment. Much cheaper and easier to **** the originals.
