I am newer to this forum, my tauruses came with orange coolant from the factory, I flushed the coolant in my sho a few months ago and replaced with motorcraft yellow, WHICH looks green, so be careful, me thinks a universal is fine, but if yours looks greenish, it may have been changed to FOMOCO yellow.

Must meet or exceed: Current Standard Ford WSS-M97B57-A1 / A2 Motorcraft Yellow (VC-13-G)

Ford transitioned all production to Motorcraft Yellow starting in the 2019 model year. Per Ford's technical service guidance (FCSD Chemicals and Lubricants), Yellow is fully backward compatible with systems using Orange.

Depending on temperature of your climate and based on the 'lubricants' and preservatives it would be great to meet based on your driving style as well:

Service Interval: Drain and refill every 3 years or 30,000 miles, rather than the "Normal" 100,000-mile Ford interval.
