Get the Ford part number off of it and do a search on Partsvoice.com.
There's another website out there that I can't remember that allows you to type in the number and interchange it to their replacement part numbers. Many of the numbers have been changed throughout the years and it comes in handy when searching for NOS stuff. You might not be able to find something using one number but you might with the other.

The one you have can be repaired.
Due to its location, there has not been too much sunlight exposure over the years, and that is the enemy.
You can look into plastic welding at a "RV 4-wheeler place" as they are always repairing the mudflaps and fenders they shear-off. Failing that, try epoxy patching with a chunk of similar material on the outside.
