Joe, if you need some help during a weekend, let me know! ****, if you find that swapping your engine to be quick and painless, I'll bring mine up and we can do it too! :nut:

Oh, I'm shopping for a gen 3 SHO... Let me know if you come across one that is clean, low(er) miles, and HAS WORKING A/C

Check the Omaha Craigslist, There's a few on there now.

I'm going to through it back together tonight, drive it for a bit and run another compression test.

3.2 and all related new gaskets, bearings, etc will be around $700. F-it, maybe I'll just do it anyway.

Put everything back together and ran it for about 15 minutes, smoking the whole time, probably worse than it ever has. I'd post a video, but 56k sucks. Lets just say it was smoking like a rich diesel, but blue oil smoke.

Check the compression and came up with:

1-200psi
2-190psi
3-195psi
4-190psi
5-190psi
6-195psi

Soooooo....leakdown test later this week to check valves. My money is still on valve seals, as are my hopes...
