The '90 needs a new upper core support, and I've seen one place (Hollander interchange manual) that says the core supports can be interchanged between Gen I and Gen II Taurus/Sable. I'm thinking this is incorrect, but I'd like a firm answer from someone else. From what I could see on the busted-up front end of the '90, the core supports look similiar in size/shape/etc. to that of a second gen shrug

The '90 struck a deer, which completely destroyed the upper core support, but the upper rails are straight, along with the subframe mounting points. It was a somewhat strange hit, as the deer landed dead center (right on the grill) and stayed right there. It didn't roll off the car, fly to the side, or anything of the sort.

radiator support? Totally interchangable between Gen I and II. It's the same frame, just different sheet metal.
