This 91+ is a p.o.s. I have got most everything ironed out with my electrical problems. It started to cut for a split second again, when this goes on bucking happens, Then runs fine after a minute or so. I am getting code 19.

You need a new camshaft position sensor (CMP).

Check the DIS grounds. Especially the ground strap on the back of the intake, and the 4 small screws that go through the DIS module.
