bs I didnt think this was true, but my friend told me the Mustang Cobra 17's from the 94-98(?) models will work on my 89 SHO. Anyone know the offset of those wheels. I know it's RWD so I'm thinkin it might not work. Any response is appreciated.

The bolt pattern won't work. You can get Cobra wheels but you need to look for a 5x108 lug pattern.

What if I get wheel adapters? The only reason I say this is because my rims are on their last leg (and he wants to practically give the cobra rims to me).

Thanks man

OH you didn't know
The offset on the wheels won't work either. Wheel adapters are not very safe if you ask me anyway. Check the classifieds for some slicers if you need wheels badly. I have a set of slicers I'd get rid of too.

So the Offset is too diff. for it to work on the SHO? That's what I thought, but I was hoping that they'd work cuz I think they'd look tight on my Gen I.

The cobra rims that fit are the Thunderbird ones. If that makes any sense to you guys. Ford made cobra looking rims for the T-bird. Those are the right offset
