Well my clutch is beginning to slip and it’s time for a new one. I was wondering if any one had any suggestions. I’m trying to keep the spending with in a reasonable level.

if you want a reasonable price, you can't beat SHOnut clutch/upgraded TOB. With the money saved from that you can spoil yourself with a fidenza flywheel.

Get the $219.00 clutch package from SHO Nut performance and spend the extra $74.00 on the upgraded ceramic clutch TOB upgrade. You should also pick up a pre-ground flywheel which is $90 that includes a $50 core charge to keep downtime to a minimum. You can just send your old flywheel back to SHO Nut after installation and get your $50 back.

While replacing the clutch you should also replace your rear main seal and see if your subframe bushings need replacing as well. Good time to install a subframe bolt recall kit, aluminum subframe bushings, and/or stiffer motor mounts should you have some extra money to spend.

I concur with the SHO NUT recommendation, however, if you have a NAPA auto parts store nearby, you may want to see if they have the special flywheel lathe and the beautiful finish it provides for a $25 charge. It only takes about an hour from your service job.

I found this guy on ebay... looks like a pretty good deal, and that's a badass looking clutch for the money. If he doesn't have the SHO clutch on his website, e-mail him for pics, he has them in stock. It's about $385 for everything I think. AITA Clutch Store
