clutch issue

so i just picked up a 92 sho with a known clutch issue, im not familiar with these cars as i have been mainly into mustangs most of my car life, anyways i have clutch pressure...doesnt feel right but i cant get any gears while the car is on......logic says put a new clutch in. could it be something more simple than that?

Nope, you had it right the first time. Needs a clutch.
More specifically, it needs a new throw out bearing (some call it a release bearing) and new fingers on your pressure plate as yours are worn or missing.
This will be a big job for you if you are familiar with Mustangs. Subframe gets dropped a little and the clutch comes out the bottom.
Good prices are $500.00 for labour and about $250.00 for the parts but search on this forum for how to do it yourself and save the big dollars.
