Hey guys. I was wondering how much you all payed to get your clutch replaced? Is $525 (labor and parts) plus tax too much? Thats with them providing the clutch and everything that goes with it. I got some quotes, the highest being from Ford and if they provided everything it would be like 800 something dollars and if I provivded the parts it would be almost 500 bucks. So no way with Ford. ALOT of the guys wouldn't even touch my car with a 10ft pole. As one guy said, "No way. I just got done doing a clutch job and other work done on a Mitsubishi AWD turbo and I'd rather do that. I will never touch a SHO." Don't you all just love how our cars are set up? Well anyways. $525 good?

be careful! Is that all the parts? Or when they get it apart are they going to find out you need a new flywheel because your old one won't match up? That happened to me when I got mine replaced at ford.... I would not go to ford, go for an aftermarket clutch .... I think all the parts including the flywheel for a "Grizzly" are around 500 then getting in is still going to cost you about 7 hours labor plus.... I could be wrong on that, but those are the questions you will want to ask.
