In reading past posts about the DVD, my understanding is it is suppose to include a list of step-by-step instructions, which I assumed was a document that could be printed out. My DVD contains just has the video presentation; no other files. Is this correct?

Yes.

If you want a printed copy, see the Ford service manual.

I think I have what you want, but the pdf file size is too large to attach here. (it's 651.2kb with 512kb allowed). PM me your email and I'll send it to you.

The po of my plus gave it to me along with the vcr tape. Thankfully I haven't had to use it, but from viewing it it is an excellent write up. Since yours is on dvd, you can play it back on a portable dvd right next to you while you work on the car if you need a refresher on anything. Good luck.

I have answered my own question. All I had to do was dig a little deeper in the box from shonut and I found a hardcopy of the procedure. Surprise, I had anticipated it being in softcopy, and had thought the papers in the box were the shipping bill.
