Climate control issues

Sitting at Ford, 2015 SHO, climate is out, voice works for climate, touch screen and controls below touch screen don't work. Radio works but volume only works on steering wheel, any ideals before they come out with something off the wall.

Sounds like a problem with the Front Control Interface Module (fcim). This is the bezel around the touchscreen and includes the radio/hvac controls. Could be power, gound, communication or a module fault.

This module is basically just a button stack. There are other modules that control the radio and HVAC. This is why the other inputs to control these functions work properly.

Does the lights come on on the fcim? If they do you have some power,ground and communication as this module uses communicated backlighting if memory serves me right.

Nothing below touch screen lights up, climate on touch don't work, nav works on screen, radio works on screen. Except volume, normal volume **** does not work, volume on steering wheel works. All voice commands work, bottom left screen is stuck on updating, they say to replace whole unit,. It's covered under esp so 200 to replace, of course not in Stock, lol

Maybe it is just water intrusion into the SJB?
