hey all,

no real difference b/t delco and motorcraft wires? seems a lot of people like them. i thought i saw them for $40-$50 before. seems they are $70 now. where's the cheapest place to buy them?

basically, i'm troubleshooting a gnarly hesistation off idle. swapped the tps, coilpack, checked for vacuum leaks (not finished), tried a stock maf. put my other wires on wrom the last 60k (fine when we pulled them). pulled the cam sensor once the car was running. still stumbles.

pulls like usually after 3k. ran the codes. said it was the tps or the maf. but we already tried parts from a running sho. still runs like crap.

point being. i'd like to try brad new wires. but don't wanna pay for the ford ones if i don't have to. especially being chances are, with my luck, it's not the wires, but some hose or wire buried deep in the firewall. or maybe the timing slipped? beats me???

thanks,
Robby

Rockauto has them for about the same price, part number: 16-826Q , $34.79
Perfect OEM fitment and no problems so far with 12K on them.

As for your hesitation issue, try running with the MAF unplugged.
