My Chraging light blinks on and off at times, all plugs are tight that I can see, and the Alt. tested fine.

Any ideas?

I wanted to move this topic over here because the main board wasn't helping much.

Check the grounds, Check the connectors at the battery and the cables at the battery for corrosion. At times, the cables will corrode further down stream from the connection at the battery, so be aware and do a thurough check. You may need to cut the cable insullation a bit to do this check.

Good - but the corrosion can happen under the insulation further down the cable away from the battery and it will go un-noticed. Thus causing problems that is hard to detect unless you really search.
